1. Membership & Eligibility

2. Artwork Rental

- ArtEvoque reserves the right to retrieve artwork in cases of misuse.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Bookings canceled 7 days prior to delivery are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund is available after the rental begins unless agreed upon due to damage or non-availability.
7. Privacy & Communication
Client information will be securely stored and used only for communication related to ArtEvoque services.
8. Jurisdiction
