Welcome to ArtEvoque. By using our website, services, or membership, you agree to the following terms:

“Platform” refers to the ArtEvoque website and services.
“Member” refers to artists, clients, and partners who register on the platform.
“Rental” refers to temporary artwork leasing according to the chosen plan.

2. Membership

Artists and Clients must register with accurate, complete information.
Junior Artists (-18) require parental or guardian consent.

3. Rentals & Returns

Rentals must be returned in the same condition as received.
Late returns may incur penalties as per the Rental Package Policy.

4. Payments

All prices are in CAD unless otherwise specified.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All artworks remain the property of the artist unless purchased outright.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of artwork is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArtEvoque is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft beyond agreed insurance coverage.
